Step 1: Open the Explore Menu:
First, visit the Hostcry homepage. In the top navigation header, hover your mouse over the "Explore" menu. A dropdown popup window will appear with a list of available tools and features.
Step 2: Open the WHOIS Lookup Tool:
Inside the dropdown menu, look for and click on "WHOIS Lookup". You will be taken directly to the WHOIS Lookup tool page. Alternatively, you can visit it directly at:
hostcry.com/tools/whois-lookup
Step 3: Enter Your Domain Name:
Once the WHOIS Lookup section is visible, you will see a search field. Type any domain name you want to look up. For example:
google.comfacebook.comexample.com
After entering the domain name, click the "Search" button.
Step 4: View Domain Details:
If the domain you entered is already registered, the tool will display the following information:
- Domain Name — The full registered domain address
- Registrant Name — The name of the person or organization who owns the domain
- Registration Date — The date the domain was first registered
- Expiry Date — The date the domain registration will expire
- Domain Status — The current status of the domain (e.g., Active, Pending, Locked)
Step 5: Check if a Domain is Available:
